Triple Threat Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”) runs after–school clubs and activities. This notice explains how we use personal information about parents/guardians and children when you create an account, make bookings or use our website.

• Parent/guardian details – name, email address, phone number.
• Child details – name, date of birth, school, class, site (Upper/Lower).
• Booking information – clubs selected, plans, dates, attendance records.
• Medical / allergy information and pick-up contacts that you choose to provide.
• Payment information – processed securely by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). We do not store full card details on our servers.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Set up and manage your Triple Threat Academy account.
• Register children for clubs and manage bookings and waiting lists.
• Keep children safe on site, including use of allergy and medical information.
• Take and manage payments and issue receipts.
• Contact you about your bookings, schedule changes or emergencies.

4. Legal basis for using your data

Under UK data protection law we rely on:

• Contract – to provide club places and manage your bookings.
• Legitimate interests – to run and improve our services safely and efficiently.
• Consent – for any optional marketing emails (if you choose to receive them).

5. Who we share information with

We only share information where necessary, for example with:

• Our payment provider (currently Stripe) to process payments securely.
• IT and hosting providers who help us run this website.
• Schools or venues we work with, where needed for safeguarding or attendance.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for bookings, safeguarding, finance and audit purposes, and then securely delete or anonymise it in line with our retention practices.

• Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Ask us to delete information in certain circumstances.
• Object to or restrict how we use your data in some situations.
