TRIPLE THREAT ACADEMY Terms & Conditions & Parent/Guardian Agreement Enrolment We’re so pleased that you’d like your child to join Triple Threat Academy (TTA)! Please ensure that all contact and medical information is accurate and kept up to date so that we can best support your child. A signed copy of this agreement must be returned to TTA before your child attends any club session. Payments & Discounts All fees must be paid in advance of sessions starting. Payment options include debit/credit card, bank transfer, or instalments via Klarna or Clearpay (subject to approval). We are committed to making our clubs as accessible as possible for families, and the following discounts are available: Sibling Discount: 7% discount for siblings enrolled within the same term. Free School Meal (FSM) Discounts: 10% discount for children on FSM paying annually. To qualify for the FSM discount, proof of eligibility (for example, a local authority letter or benefit confirmation) must be submitted at registration. Annual Price Review: All prices are reviewed each year and may be adjusted in line with inflation or operational costs. Please note that missed or late payments may result in a temporary pause to your child’s place until the balance is cleared. Fees remain payable for any missed sessions due to holidays, illness, or personal commitments. Cancellations & Refunds We completely understand that family plans and schedules can sometimes change. However, because our sessions run on limited spaces and pre-booked staffing, all bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. If your child is unable to attend a session, please let us know at least 15 hours in advance so we can plan accordingly. While we’re unable to offer refunds, credits, or transfers for missed sessions, we truly appreciate your understanding as this helps us keep our clubs running smoothly for everyone. Unforeseeable Cancellations from the Academy We always strive to ensure that every session goes ahead as planned. However, in rare and unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, building closures, staff illness, or other events beyond our control it may be necessary to cancel or reschedule a session. If this happens, we will: • Notify parents and guardians as soon as possible via email and/or text message. • Arrange an alternative date or combine the missed content into a future session wherever possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding in these rare situations. Please rest assured that we will always do our best to minimise disruption and ensure your child still enjoys the full Triple Threat experience. Attendance & Conduct To help sessions run smoothly, children should arrive on time and be collected promptly. Parents and guardians are responsible for their child’s safe arrival and collection. We strive to create a happy, encouraging atmosphere. If a child’s behaviour is unsafe or persistently disruptive, we will discuss this with parents and work together to find a positive way forward. In rare circumstances, participation may be paused if necessary to ensure safety and wellbeing for all. Health & Safety Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies before your child attends. Children should bring any required medication (for example, inhalers) and wear comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for movement and play. Our team always takes great care to ensure that every session is safe and enjoyable for all children. To help us maintain this, we kindly ask that children follow staff guidance and wear suitable clothing and footwear for activities Liability & Insurance Triple Threat Academy holds full public liability insurance. However, we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged personal belongings. Please ensure your child leaves valuables at home. Data Protection & GDPR All personal information is collected only for administrative, safeguarding, and communication purposes. Your data will be handled and stored securely in full compliance with UK Data Protection legislation and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Information will never be shared with third parties, except where required by law or for safeguarding purposes. Complaints & Feedback We always aim to provide the best possible experience. If you have any concerns, please raise them informally with the Academy Manager in the first instance. If the issue cannot be resolved, a written complaint may be submitted and will be handled fairly and promptly. Changes to Terms Triple Threat Academy may occasionally update these Terms & Conditions to reflect improvements or new policies. Parents and guardians will always be notified of any important changes before they take effect. Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct We’re proud of the warm, community spirit that our families bring to TTA. To help us maintain a positive and respectful environment, we kindly ask all parents and guardians to: o Treat all staff, students, and fellow parents with respect and kindness. o Encourage and support children positively. o Communicate concerns calmly and directly with our team. o Follow our safety guidance and policies. We appreciate your partnership in helping us make TTA a welcoming, inclusive, and enjoyable space for every child. Children’s Code of Conduct At TTA, we believe every child deserves to feel valued and confident. We ask all children to: o Be respectful and kind to others. o Follow instructions and stay safe. o Use kind words — bullying or exclusion are never acceptable. o Take care of equipment and property. o Join in with enthusiasm and try their best! Our staff will always work with children and families to resolve any concerns fairly and supportively. Media & Photography Consent We love to celebrate our students’ creativity and achievements. Occasionally, we take photos or short videos during sessions for use on our website, social media platforms, or promotional materials. Please indicate your preference below: I give consent for my child to be photographed/filmed and for these images to be used by TTA for promotional purposes. I do not give consent for my child to be photographed or filmed. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Academy in writing. Parent/Guardian Agreement By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood the Triple Threat Academy Terms & Conditions. I agree to follow the guidance on payment, attendance, and conduct. I understand that prices are reviewed annually and that proof of eligibility must be provided to receive FSM discounts. I confirm that I have provided accurate emergency and medical details. I have indicated my preference regarding social media consent above.
